Glenview has this relaxed, welcoming energy that we really love. It’s full of beautiful neighborhoods, great schools, parks, and local spots that make everyday life feel easy and connected. We’ve gotten to know Glenview especially well through our work on The Foresman - a 60–home neighborhood and the largest development since The Glen - which made us feel even more rooted in the community. It’s close to the city, but peaceful in all the best ways.
Glenview has this effortlessly easygoing vibe that we’ve really come to appreciate over the years. It feels like the kind of place where real life happens - great schools, beautiful neighborhoods, tons of parks and green space, and more than enough restaurants and local spots to keep things interesting without feeling hectic or overwhelming.
We especially love Glenview because we’ve had the privilege of being deeply involved in the community - including representing the largest development Glenview has seen since The Glen. The project, called The Foresman, is a 60-home residential neighborhood that brings thoughtful architecture and timeless design to the area. Being part of something like that really connects you to a place, and Glenview has become one of those communities we genuinely root for.
Between spots like Heinen’s, Buckley Road shops, neighborhood favorites for casual dinners, and easy access to forest preserves and trails, Glenview strikes that perfect balance of convenience and calm. It’s close enough to the city to stay connected, but far enough away to breathe a little deeper. It’s the kind of place where families settle in, routines get cozy, and “home” really starts to mean something.
