Logan Square is full of character, history, and energy. It was the site of our first 1800s Victorian restoration on Logan Boulevard, a project we poured our hearts into that sold for record-breaking prices. We love exploring its boulevards, coffee shops, restaurants, and vibrant streets.
Logan Square is one of those neighborhoods that immediately feels like a neighborhood you want to be part of. With its grand boulevards, historic architecture, and leafy streets, it has a charm that’s hard to match anywhere in Chicago. It’s lively, creative, and full of energy, yet it still feels grounded and welcoming — a place where people know their neighbors and love their local spots.
We have a special connection to Logan Square because it was the home of our very first 1800s Victorian restoration project on Logan Boulevard. That project was a true labor of love and taught us so much about design, construction, and the neighborhood itself. It ended up selling for record-breaking prices at the time — the first home on Logan Boulevard to sell for over $2 million — and it’s a milestone we still look back on with pride.
Beyond our own work, we love the neighborhood for its parks, boulevard trails, and vibrant food scene. From brunch at Lula Cafe to coffee at Heritage Bicycles’ café, or enjoying craft cocktails and pizza at local favorites like Roots Pizza, there’s always a reason to wander and explore. Logan Square is also full of independent boutiques, galleries, and vintage shops, which give the area its creative, eclectic personality.
The homes in Logan Square are as dynamic as the streets themselves — from classic Victorians and greystones to thoughtfully updated modern homes. Walking down the boulevards, you can see the history and character of the neighborhood woven into every block.
For us, Logan Square represents opportunity, creativity, and community. It’s where we took on our first big restoration project, learned the ropes of high-level real estate and design, and discovered just how special this part of Chicago truly is.
